PRE-ORDER TERMS

1. What a pre-order is

You are paying for something that has not been made yet. Your card is charged today. The audacious tee is produced afterwards, in a run, and sent to you when it is done. We say this on the product page, on the checkout page and here, because it is the single most important fact about the purchase.

2. When it ships

There is no dispatch date yet, and we will not invent one. We would rather tell you that than write a month on a page that nobody has committed to. You will get a date in writing, by email, before anything goes to print. If the date does not suit you when it arrives, say so and we refund you in full.

3. Cancelling and refunds

• •You can cancel at any time before your order ships, for any reason or none, and we refund the full €120 to the card you paid with.
• •If we cannot produce it, we refund you in full and we tell you why. We do not hold money against a maybe.
• •Once it has shipped, the usual applies: unworn, tags on, within 14 days of it reaching you, and we refund it.
• •To cancel, email tristangrech.nat@gmail.com from the address you ordered with. One line is enough.

4. What the photograph shows

There is no photograph of this tee on the site yet, and we have not put up a stand-in to fill the gap. You are buying on the written description. When there is a real photograph, it goes up, and if what arrives does not match what you were told, that is a refund.

5. Sizes

The cut is oversized. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one. If a size you ordered turns out not to be produced, we tell you before we print and you can change it or take the refund.

6. Payment

Card only. Payment is taken by Stripe and your card details never reach our servers. We cannot issue an invoice, a devis, or accept a bank transfer, and we would rather say so plainly here than leave you to find out at checkout. Prices are in euros and include nothing else: shipping is added at checkout where it applies.

7. The membership

A pre-order carries one year of Fullhaura Club membership, which starts when your order ships, not when you pay. Membership is access: gatherings, the running club, dinners, and the network. It is not a paid service and it carries no separate fee.

8. Your details

We hold your email and your delivery address to fulfil the order and to write to you about it. If you joined the list, we hold your email for that too, and you can stop it by replying to any email we send. We do not sell or share either.

9. Who you are dealing with
